岗位职责
1、负责Zigbee，matter其中一项协议栈的开发、移植、调试与维护；
2、设计和开发Zigbee、matter终端设备、路由器、协调器及网关软件；
3、参与硬件选型，配合完成射频（RF）电路调试与优化；
4、解决Zigbee, matter，HA其中一项网络中的组网、功耗、稳定性、抗干扰等问题；
5、编写技术文档，包括设计文档、测试报告、用户手册等；
6、跟踪Zigbee, matter其中一项技术发展，推进技术迭代。
7、熟悉C、C++开发语言；对无线网络、TCP/IP 协议及应用有深入了解，有Zigbee，matter开发调试经验优先。
8、较强的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力，善于团队协作与沟通，性格开朗，强烈的责任心和团队合作精神,能承受较强的工作压力,有强烈的学习意愿、有良好的自我驱动能力

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，通信工程、电子信息、计算机等相关专业；
2、熟悉igbee, matter协议栈，有实际项目开发经验；
3、精通C/C++语言，具备嵌入式开发经验（如ARM Cortex-M系列）；
4、了解射频基础知识，能使用频谱仪、网络分析仪等工具进行调试；
5、熟悉无线通信原理，了解Mesh网络、路由协议、安全加密等；
6、具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能独立完成模块开发。
7、与开发团队和产品经理做需求澄清，技术方案评估评估、评审，产品方案设计、开发和联调。
8、与技术支持团队紧密合作，解决客户和市场提出问题
9、技术文档的撰写
10、以技术为导向，扁平化管理
