材料研究与开发，研究新型纺织材料、纤维和技术。开发和测试新的面料组合，以满足特定的性能标准，包括耐用性、舒适性和可持续性。

跨职能协作，与工程、运营、工业设计和供应商合作，促进沟通，以达到成本、进度和质量目标。

理解技术问题和复杂的设计权衡，通过将关键利益相关者聚集在一起做出决策，以实现整体项目目标。

测试与质量控制，开发和执行材料测试方案，确保符合行业标准，协调关键评审和早期测试的外观和功能部件的部分装配。分析测试结果并提出材料修改建议。与质量控制团队合作，解决生产过程中出现的任何材料相关问题。

Qualifications & Competencies

3年以上纺织材料开发经验统招本科及以上学历，主修纺织工程相关专业

熟悉纺织纤维、纱线和面料，包括天然、合成和混合材料;
英语熟练且满足国际化协同工作者优先

承压能力强，乐于接受挑战，对纺织新材料行业抱有浓厚兴趣和独到见解

具有极强的自驱力/学习能力/适应能力/逻辑思维能力/数据分析能力/沟通协作能力，致力于投入到快节奏变革中

有极强的团队协作能力、能够接受工作安排、较强的主人翁意识。
具备项目管理经验，能够管理多个任务和优先事项。
