What you’ll bring

负责设计面料的花型图案，并为印花工艺提供设计原稿，确保设计与面料功能、底布特性完美结合。

深度掌握裤装设计知识，了解不同款式（如商务休闲裤、机能冲锋裤、运动慢跑裤）对面料性能与风格的特定要求。

与服装版师紧密合作，在打样阶段提供面料技术支持，共同解决面料在成衣过程中出现的问题，确保样裤成品达到*佳状态。

主动建立“面料特性 - 服装版型 ”之间的关联知识库，为销售和客户提供精准的面料性能和服装巧妙结合的体验。

Qualifications & Competencies

纺织工程、服装设计与工程、或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的纺织材料学、织物组织与结构学知识。海外经验是个+

3年以上梭织面料设计经验，专注于功能性面料领域的伙伴优先考虑。

擅长梭织工艺，能够独立完成复杂组织结构的设计，对面料在手感、风格、视觉和成衣性能上有精准的把握和判断。

出色的沟通协调能力，能够自信、专业地与客户进行方案讲解。
