岗位职责：
1. 负责大货面料从投产到交付的全流程质量监控，确保符合客户工艺与品质要求；
2. 跟踪订单生产进度，协调工厂落实生产计划，确保交期准时；
3. 预判并处理大货生产中的质量异常与交期风险，推动供应商及时整改；
4. 负责面料出货前的检验与评估，汇总质量问题，推动内部与供应商改进；
5. 协助处理客户质量投诉，分析根本原因并跟踪纠正措施执行。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，纺织、染整、服装相关专业，35岁以下有驾照且驾驶熟练；
2. 5年以上梭织面料跟单或质量管理经验，熟悉功能性面料生产工艺；
3. 精通梭织面料全流程（坯布、染色、后整理），能独立判断与解决大货工艺问题；
4. 具备较强的供应链协调能力与问题推动解决能力，沟通执行力强；
5. 能适应高频出差（月均≥12天），责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力。
