1. 负责酒旅供应链方向 B2B 平台及小程序产品的技术架构设计、研发管理与交付落地，保障系统稳定性、扩展性与业务迭代效率；
2. 带领 Java 研发团队完成需求评审、技术方案设计、任务拆解、代码质量把控、上线发布及线上问题治理；
3. 深入理解酒店、旅游、分销、渠道、库存、价格、订单、结算等供应链业务，推动核心系统能力建设与业务流程优化；
4. 引入并推动 AI Coding、智能研发工具、自动化测试、代码审查等工程实践，提升团队研发效率和交付质量；
5. 协同产品、运营、供应商、渠道及管理层，评估技术实现路径、项目风险和资源投入，支撑业务增长和平台化建设。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备 5 年以上 Java 后端研发经验，2 年以上技术团队管理或研发负责人经验；
2. 熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Redis、MQ、MySQL 等主流 Java 技术栈，具备高并发、高可用系统设计经验；
3. 有 B2B 平台、电商平台、酒旅系统、供应链系统、小程序后端或渠道分销系统经验者优先；
4. 具备良好的架构设计能力和工程管理能力，熟悉研发流程、代码规范、性能优化、故障排查和项目交付管理；
5. 关注 AI Coding、AIGC 工具及研发效能提升，有实际落地 Cursor、Copilot、通义灵码、CodeGeeX 等工具经验者优先。
