Roles & Responsibilities:
Routine:
1. By answering daily incoming calls from users in APAC (Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, China) business inquiries from banks.
2. Deal with inquiries about the progress of express remittance from the four majbanks, understthe needs of customers, provide customers with correct consulting services professional solutions.
3. Make necessary outgoing return calls fthe problems that cannot be solved in time.
4. timely with new business knowledge to provide customers with quality professional service.

Requirements：
1. College education above, fluent in APAC local languages (Korean/Thai/Vietnamese).
2. Good at communicating with people, have a strong language expressionganization ability, be clear articulate.
3. Competent English skills to be able to read write.
4. Good problem solving skills, customer service skills, active listening, can effectively identify customer needs provide solutions.
5. Strong willingness to support customers on the basis of recognizing the project brand.
6. Able to solve problems fcustomers in accordance with company policy.
7. Recognize customer service industry.
8. Demonstrates good empathy.

10. Able to work independently achieve expected results, able to handle complex work tasks.
11. Familiar with computer office software.
