岗位职责：
1、负责解决与日本客户之间的业务沟通问题、突发事件的沟通与处理等；
2、负责维护日本业务相关的客户并进行报价、开发客户；
3、负责日本市场方面费用的询价，日本市场的动态掌握(例如:货代相关政策变化、价格变化、公休日放假通知等)；
4、负责每月与日本代理对账，并进行收付款对接等；
5、负责协助领导拜访、接待客户时的现场翻译工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有日本留学或生活经验优先，具备良好的日语口语能力，能够与日本客户进行口语沟通；
2、具备良好的文字表达能力，能够准确用日语表达公司方面的需求；
3、具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他部门进行良好的协作配合；
4、具有责任心和积极主动的工作态度，抗压能力强；
5、具备外贸、货代、电商等行业的相关工作经验者优先考虑。
6、可接受短期出差。
