岗位职责：
1. 市场开发与客户拓展
负责执行公司市场战略，独立进行新客户开发，完成公司下达的销售业绩指标。
主动寻找并筛选有国际空运、海运货代需求的潜在客户（如进出口贸易商、制造商等），建立并维护客户关系。
通过电话拜访、上门洽谈、行业展会等多种渠道，积极开拓目标客户，承揽物流运输业务。
2. 客户关系维护与商务谈判
深度挖掘现有及潜在客户的物流需求，为其量身定制专业、高效的物流解决方案。
负责运价洽谈、合同签订等商务流程，维护并提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
建立稳固、互信的长期客户合作关系，促进业务持续增长。
3. 应收账款管理与风险控制
负责销售合同条款的审核与执行，确保公司利益。
全程跟进并负责所辖客户的应收账款催收工作，确保所有款项在合同账期内收回，达成零坏账的财务目标。
4. 内部协同与运营支持
作为客户与公司内部操作团队之间的沟通桥梁，清晰、准确地传递客户需求。
协助处理货物运输过程中的异常情况，及时向客户反馈并协调资源解决问题，保障服务品质。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，熟悉国际海运、空运业务，有一定成功开发客户的经历；
2、品行端正，性格开朗、擅长人际沟通，有较强的事业心与责任担当；带团队经验丰富；
3、较强的抗压能力与学习能力。
