2.擅长java 语言后端开发，具备 jvm 调优能力，对多线程、nio、类加载技术有深刻理解。
3.熟练使用消息队列（包括但不限：Rabbitmq、kafka、mqtt）技术。
4.擅长数据库设计选型（包括但不限mysql、oracle、reids、hbase、TDengine、PostGIS)
5.擅长使用开源框架，熟悉某个领域内的开源框架，并对开源框架做过选型、源码解读、掌握实现原理。（熟练使用 netty 框架优先考虑）。
6.深入理解 SQL\NoSQL数据库工作原理，有过相关技术选型、生产环境调优经验者优先考虑。
7.深入理解UDP、TCP数据传输原理，具备网络调优相关经验者优先考虑。
8.具备设计类文档编写能力、快速沟通总结能力、熟悉多种编程语言并对程序语言有深刻理解者优先考虑。
