Job description 岗位描述

1. HW module specification per customer system requirements
根据客户和系统需求，创建硬件模块技术说明书
2. Develop hardware architecture with existing development standards design guidelines
根据开发流程和设计规范指南，创建硬件架构
3. Analyze, simulate optimize electronic circuit according to existing HW architecture
依据硬件架构，对模块电路进行仿真，分析，优化
4. Define components with consideration of economic, qualitative technological aspects
对器件从质量，经济，技术等角度考虑进行优选
5. HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, WCCPA, FMEA etc.)
依据硬件开发流程，创建硬件相关文档如BOM,WCCPA,FMEA等
6. Lead hardware development documents reviews release
主导硬件开发相关文档的评审及释放
7. hardware verification planganize the verification test of the circuit function
编写硬件测试规格书，并依据规格书对功能进行测试验证
8. Analyze solve the hardware issues occurred during DV, PV
分析并解决DV，PV实验中发生的硬件问题
9. Support department manager fteam management
协助部门经理进行硬件团队的管理工作

Job Requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree above in Power Electronics
电力电子专业本科以上学历
2. More than 5 years’ hardware design experience of OBC & HV DCDC is preferred
5年以上OBC 和高压DCDC硬件设计经验
3. More than 2 years FMEDA/FMEA working experience is preferred
2年以上FMEA/FMEDA经验。
4. Fluent English, being able to communicate with global team
英语熟练，能使用英语与国际团队进行沟通
5. Good communication presentation skills
良好的沟通和表达技能
6. Open mind teamwork spirit
思路开放，有团队合作精神
