岗位职责：
1. 负责软件产品的研发实现，聚焦项目交付过程中的核心痛点，结合产品特性与团队实际情况，制定针对性技术解决方案；
2. 参与系统的详细设计、开发、测试、部署及性能优化全流程；
3. 严格把控项目里程碑节点，对各时间节点的任务完成度负责。
任职资格要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、通信工程、人工智能等相关专业；
2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与扎实的计算机基础，拥有一定的架构设计能力及实践经验；
3. 精通Java编程语言，其他编程语言不限，若具备Python或Golang经验者优先；
4. 熟悉多线程、JVM原理、Redis、消息队列、存储系统及缓存技术等核心开发技术。
5.具备扎实的系统工程能力，能够设计高可观测、可调试、可扩展的软件系统，构建日志、Trace与监控体系，保障稳定性与可迭代性。
AI 技能：
1.熟练使用至少一种 Al Coding 工具(Claude Code/Codex)，熟悉智能体，Skil/MCP 等拓展能力，能在工作中与AI协作完成需求，并测试、验收结果。
2.对AI coding 有自己的理解，有自己的方法论约束AI产出的代码符合开发需求。
加分项：
了解智能体搭建框架，LangChain、OpenAI Agents SDK。
了解openclaw，有实际应用经验。
