岗位职责：
1.负责公司业务系统的功能设计、开发与维护，确保系统稳定、高效运行；
2.根据产品需求文档，使用 ThinkPHP 框架进行系统功能模块的开发与优化；
3.负责数据库结构设计与性能优化，保障数据安全与查询效率；
4.参与前后端接口设计与联调，提升系统交互体验；
5.对现有系统进行重构与性能优化，持续改进代码质量；
6.编写相关开发文档、接口文档与技术说明书；
7.配合测试、运维人员，处理系统BUG与线上问题。

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业，统招全日制本科学历；
2.4年以上PHP开发经验，熟悉 ThinkPHP（5.x或6.x版本）框架开发；
3.熟练掌握 PHP、MySQL、HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax、jQuery 等Web开发技术；
4.具备良好的数据库设计能力与SQL优化经验；
5.熟悉常见的接口开发（RESTful API）、Session机制、权限管理、缓存技术（Redis/Memcached 等）；
6.有使用 Git、Composer、Nginx/Apache 等开发工具和环境经验；
7.具备良好的代码规范意识、文档编写能力与团队协作精神；
8.具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，能承受一定工作压力。

加分项（优先考虑）：
80有电商、ERP、CRM、OA等企业级系统开发经验；
80有使用前后端分离架构（如Vue、React）进行接口开发的经验；
80熟悉Linux环境下的部署与维护；
