岗位职责：
1、整理、细化、明确开发需求；参与公司核心业务系统的设计、开发和维护，确保系统的高性能和高可用性。
2、负责后端服务的架构设计、代码编写、单元测试和性能优化。
3、设计数据库文档，搭建项目构架；
4、参与制定项目开发计划；
5、开发不限于互联网电商交易、商家、开放平台、财务结算相关系统，维护负责系统的稳定运行；
6、完成上级领导交代的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、具有扎实的Java功底，了解JVM的原理，具有较好JavaIO、多线程、网络等方面的编程能力；
2、熟悉主流的开发框包括Spring/Spring、boot/Spring、Cloud/Dubbo/Guava等
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题
4、熟悉分布式系统和架构，有高并发、高可用系统的设计、开发和调优经验
5、掌握Linux操作系统和大型数据库（Oracle、MySql）；对sql优化有丰富的经验
6、对业务能够深度理解，有清晰的业务思路，具备良好的业务建模能力，能够结合业务场景抽象业务模型，有良好的面向对象设计经验
7、有强烈的责任心和使命感，学习能力强，适应能力好，具有较好的沟通能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题.
8、有互联网电商交易、商家、开放平台、财务、结算相关经验优先考虑。
