岗位职责：
1.负责国际机票退改板块的Java后端开发，以及主导原有PHP系统向Java架构的功能重构与迁移；
2.设计并实现国际机票退改的全链路处理流程，确保从用户申请到供应商审核的各个流程内部数据来源准确，状态扭转闭环；
3.独立攻克跨系统数据同步、异构接口处理等技术难题，持续提升系统性能与稳定性；
4.独立设计适应复杂退改场景的数据结构，维护数据内容，优化数据存储与查询模块。

岗位要求：
1.业务经验（核心）：具有国际机票售后（退票/改期）相关开发经验，熟悉国际退票改期全流程；深刻理解流程中各节点的数据来源（如GDS、航司、供应商API等）及数据流转逻辑；
2.学历与年限：本科以上学历，3年及以上Java服务端开发经验。
3.Java基础：扎实的编程基础，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理（内存模型、GC机制）有一定了解；
4.框架能力：熟练掌握Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis等主流框架，且对核心源码有一定了解；
5.架构与存储：熟练掌握MySQL，能够设计复杂业务、高并发系统；熟悉NoSQL（Redis等）、MQ、Cache、TCP/IP原理；
6.设计能力：对面向对象编程、常见设计模式有较深理解，善于进行复杂业务建模，对代码质量和用户体验有高要求；
7.数据协议：熟悉JSON、XML、Protobuf等常用数据交换格式；
8.综合素质：具备良好的沟通理解能力（能与业务对齐复杂逻辑），有团队协作精神，抗压能力强。
