2.熟练掌握面向对象原则及常用的设计模式，具备分层架构设计经验，熟悉高性能、高可用、高并发场景下系统优化；
3.精通Spring、Spring boot、Mybatis等框架；熟练使用消息队列、作业调度、工作流引擎等中间件；
4.精通mysql数据库，具备数据库表设计、sql优化能力；精通redis，理解其适用场景和原理；
5.熟练适用linux命令，能安装部署数据库等中间件，熟悉容器化部署；
6.能带领初级开发人员进行项目开发，按时交付；
