一、岗位简介
我们正在寻找一位兼具“系统运维 + DevOps + IT基础设施管理”能力的核心技术人才，直接向 CIO 汇报，全面负责公司线上业务平台、云资源、线下机房、办公 IT 环境及 CICD 体系建设。
你将参与乡村数字化与数字孪生平台的底层技术保障，支撑全国多个乡村试点项目稳定运行，保障物联网设备接入、政务服务平台交付及研发体系高效协同。
这是一个兼具技术深度与平台建设空间的岗位，适合希望从传统运维向 DevOps / 平台化运维方向发展的工程师。
二、岗位职责
1、负责阿里云 / 华为云服务器、K8s 集群日常运维与故障处理
2、负责 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等中间件运维及性能优化
3、搭建并维护 Jenkins / GitLab CI 自动化发布流水线
4、负责线上系统发布、监控告警、日志分析及安全加固
5、负责公司办公网络、机房服务器及 IT 基础设施维护
6、编写 Shell / Python 自动化脚本或者熟悉其他语言，提升运维效率
7、推动 DevOps 体系建设，提升系统稳定性与研发交付效率
三、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上 Linux 运维经验
2、熟悉 CentOS/Ubuntu、Docker、Kubernetes（K8s）
3、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常见中间件
4、熟悉 Jenkins / GitLab CI 等 CICD 工具
5、熟悉 TCP/IP、交换机、防火墙等网络基础
6、具备较强的问题排查与故障处理能力
四、加分项
1、有阿里云 / 华为云政务云经验
2、熟悉 InfluxDB、Milvus
3、有等保三级、安全加固经验
4、持有 RHCE、CCNA 等认证优先
