2、熟悉G端（政府端）项目并有相关工作经验，熟悉交通系统\政务系统\智慧运管者优先；3、精通至少一种后端开发语言（如PHP、Python、Java等，同时精通PHP+java者优先考虑）;
4、熟悉常见的后端开发框架和技术，如Spring、Django、Node.js等；
5、具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力，熟悉关系型数据库和NoSQL数据库；
6、具备良好的算法和数据结构基础，能够解决复杂的技术问题是加分项；
7、具备团队合作和沟通能力，能够有效地与其他开发人员和团队成员合作。
