一.关键职责：
1、仓储辅助业务生产管理：
（1）按营销端要求，制定执行计划，完成色卡生产交付；
（2）负责统筹剪板仓按订单完成剪板工作，统筹调度剪板员进行剪板作业；
（3）负责统筹吊牌组按订单完成分拣工作，统筹调度吊牌专员完成作业；
（4）负责色卡车间、剪板车间、吊牌车间的作业动线、工装夹具的点检、升级优化工作，提升人员效率。
2、团队管理、体系建设：
（1）团队编制、招聘、岗位职责、员工培训、绩效等工作；
（2）流程、制度建设、优化。
3、进出仓、库存管理
（1）督导入仓操作、派单、出仓、退货等工作，确保准确性并及时反馈异常情况；
（2）督导组长负责每日检查计件数据准确性、以便于统计员进行工资核对；安排统计员整理当天单据，并汇总各仓单据进行打包；
（3）督导组长与各横向部门沟通，跟进配布单完成情况，跟进退货，及时向直属上级反馈异常情况。
（4）确保《每月盘点报表》账物相符率指标100%，利用OA系统交给财务总监存档案；
（5）异常处理：包含但不限《成品细码库存表》、《送货单》信息等；
（6）根据仓储操作规程，推进6S管理，仓库区域现场管理、成品摆放规范、保证仓库干净整洁、人员设备存货安全；
4、目标管理、经营分析
（1）参与制定本部门/中心的《年度目标规划》；
（2）参与完成本中心《月度工作报告》，分析中心各项KPI指标及财务指标数据。
