关键职责：
1、负责组织编制检验规范文件,确定公司产品的检验办法
2、负责组织更新质量手册和质量体系等管理文件
3、组织相关人员对生产过程和*终成品进行检验,及时处理现场不合格品,将信息反馈到各职能部门,加强对关键工序的监视检查
4、负责主导外理各类质量事故,及时召集相关部门人员对事故原因进行分析,确立责任部门与整改措施,形成事故报告递交上级领导
5、组织相关人员做好日常各类质量数据收集,及时汇总、分析,形成质量报告,反馈各职能部门和上级领导
6、负责月度质量信息的汇总,计算月度质量合格率,核算质量损失(报废、返工、退货、索赔等费用),供上级领导决策
7、统一管理检测仪器、测量装置,负责该类别装置、器具的申购、领用、校准检定、报废管理,建立使用管理台帐，确保检测数据准确
配合销售部门做好客户投诉处理等工作,及时出具相关报告
8、配合生产部门和研发部做好新产品试制过程中的质量把控,以及对现有工艺改进提出意见和建议

任职要求：
1、学历：大专及以上学历，纺织工程、轻化工程、服装工程等相关专业
2、经验：8年以上服装纺织行业经验，5年以上针织面料染厂质量管理（检验、检测等）相关岗位工作经验，3年以上质量管理的团队管理经验
3、能力素质：
有较强的团队管理及沟通表达能力，善于协调组织各部门协作
具备优秀的针织面料专业能力，能准确判断面料质量问题原因，熟练运用质量管理工具及方法
对面料工艺、质量问题敏感，有较强的数据分析能力
