1.协助建立和健全公司EHS管理体系，组织落实EHS管理责任，组织编制EHS管理相关文件、表单或指导书，并组织EHS管理体系的持续改进
2.开展危险源和环境因素识别与风险控制措施编制；
3.组织开展EHS相关法律法规识别和合规性评价
4.组织开展各类EHS相关检查，排查EHS隐患并组织开展整改和跟踪整改完成情况;制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为;
5.实施EHS管理相关培训，包括安全生产二级教育等;
6.收集各类EHS相关事件或事故信息，并组织调查与闭环管理;
7.组织业务部门制定各类EHS应急预案的演习方案并按计划开展演练;
8.组织落实政府主管单位、集团及上级单位的安全工作要求。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历;
2.航空发动机、安全工程等相关专业毕业优先;
3.熟悉安全生产标准化、IS0 45001、IS014001体系要求;
4.具备较强的组织、分析、沟通和协调能力，善于总结技术经验;
5.具有大型机械制造类行业、航空院所、航空发动机主制造商工作经验者优先;主责过各类安全工程项目实践经验者优先。
