岗位职责
1. 负责公司各岗位社会招聘全流程：简历筛选、面试组织、邀约跟进、入职落地。
2. 负责校企合作资源开发、维护，对接各大高校就业办、院系，建立稳定合作院校库。
3. 统筹春招、秋招、双选会、校园宣讲等校招活动，落地执行并完成校招指标。
4. 推进顶岗实习、实习生输送、校企实训、定向培养等校企合作项目。
5. 建立应届生、实习生人才储备库，做好数据统计、复盘及台账更新。
6. 协助完成人事基础配套工作及部门临时工作。
任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先。
2. 1‑3年招聘经验，具备校企合作、校招全流程经验。
3. 熟悉高校对接流程、校招运作模式，能独立开发及维护院校资源。
4. 沟通统筹能力强，可接受短期校招出差，抗压性好、执行力强。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，擅长数据整理、工作总结。
