4. 协助业务部门搭建符合制造业特点的绩效考核体系，监督绩效面谈与结果应用，推动绩效改进与人才梯队发展。
5.针对员工技能提升与班组长管理能力，设计并落地培训计划（如精益生产、安全生产、设备操作），推动内部讲师体系建设。
6.作为沟通桥梁，处理员工投诉、劳资纠纷及突发事件，营造积极的车间文化，提升关键岗位留用率。
7.协助优化薪酬结构（如计时/计件工资、激励），确保薪酬竞争力与合规性，落地激励方案。
8.推动企业文化在子公司的落地，组织团队建设活动，提升团队凝聚力。
二、任职资格要求
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、机械制造等相关专业优先。
2.5年以上人力资源工作经验，其中至少3年制造业HRBP或人力资源全盘管理经验，熟悉五金、机械、模具等行业者优先。
3.精通人力资源六大模块，具备独立解决复杂HR问题的能力（如招聘难点、绩效冲突、劳动争议）。
4. 熟悉制造业业务流程（如生产计划、供应链、质量管理），适应制造业快节奏，能处理多线程任务与突发状况。
5.有成功推动制造业组织变革、精益生产项目人力支持经验者优先。
