岗位职责：
1.负责公司钣金机箱、机柜产品折弯工段的专项工艺技术工作，全程跟进量产及新品试产，快速处理折弯尺寸偏差、角度误差、回弹超标、变形翘曲、拼接错位等各类现场工艺异常问题，定位问题根源并制定改善方案，跟踪落地验证，保障生产高效顺畅推进。
2.主导折弯工段标准化体系搭建与落地输出，编制、更新工艺文件，统一现场作业流程，实现折弯工序标准化、规范化生产。
3.持续优化折弯生产工艺，结合产品结构、设备性能、板材特性，优化折弯顺序、刀具搭配、设备参数，提升产品折弯精度与生产效率，通过工艺改良降低物料报废、返工损耗，实现工段降本提质增效。
4.参与新品钣金图纸工艺评审，提前预判折弯工序工艺难点与生产风险，提出结构优化、工艺适配建议；跟进新品试产全过程，沉淀成熟工艺方案，输出标准化量产工艺标准。
5.负责折弯工段员工工艺培训、实操指导，日常巡检现场工艺执行情况，纠正不规范操作，确保各项工艺标准落地执行。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型、模具设计、钣金工艺等相关专业。
2.1-3年钣金五金制造行业工艺工作经验，有机箱、机柜折弯工艺经验优先；熟悉大中型制造企业量产工艺管理模式，具备现场工艺问题处理、工艺文件编制实操经验，优秀应届毕业生可择优考虑。
3.能精准识读钣金零件、装配图纸；熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等软件，可独立完成各类折弯工艺文件编制。
4.具备较强的现场问题分析与攻坚能力，沟通协调顺畅，能扎根生产现场，适配工厂量产生产节奏。
