2.2.1 Background:
Dural Drive Unit is a key category in the NEV development, which is direct customer experience interface. That bring the necessary to deliver the high quality driving component. The responsibility of Dural Drive Unit project steering should cover the completed project lifecycle from the concept requirement to EOP of product.
2.2.2 Tasks
2.2.2.1: E-drive Unit project steering
Project steering
- ganize participant regular Module round fDual drive unit in China, algin agenda the meeting minutes with the supplier module lead/coordinatPM.
- Steer LOP fModule meeting in MUC & China with clear timeline/deadlines fBE-team LOP.
- Set up sharepoint, NEXTONE, project dashboard, issue ticket tracking e.g JIRA, Octane, PQM, DCD…in Dual drive unit Module round.
- Steer internal LOP tracking status.
- Monitproject KPI with each BE team leaders. Follow-up identified measures effectiveness implementation. make necessary documentation.
- Manage project steering related documentation in PANAMA shared folder. E.g. project timing plan, product integration plan, part change list/deviation, delivery list, Problem solving list, Lessons Learn, special topic…
- Responsible to integrate demDural drive unit validation integration demplan feach milestone of related projects with global local R&D department, local purchasing logistic department. Integrate customer (test bench, production, External test bench…).
- Tracking samples delivery on time ftesting vehicle production with the validation team report to Module leader.
- Regular project status is required in form of provided PowerPoint templates presented to responsible manager: every week fgeneral status + immediate actions.
Change management
- Steer technical evaluation of local change with global engineering team, QMT, production supplier (Dural Drive Unit).
- Steer local changes change implemented according to global local procedural, e.g. supplier, process partner
- Report change management topic BE-team meeting.
2.2.3 Qualification:
2.2.3.1 Basic Qualification Requirements
- BachelMaster’s degree above in automotive/mechanical engineering/ structure durability.
- Fluent English. Additional language skills in German would also be welcome.
- Technical knowledge in the relevant Electric Powertrain properties on various influencing parameters their effects on Mechanical parameter, material process parameter, geometry vehicle integration.
- At least 3 years in project experience in the e-powertrain environment (ideally with HV e-Drive system, incl. E/E components).
- Very strong communication/coordination reporting skill.
- Strategic analytic thinking acting.
- Can work solve any urgent problem independently.
- High flexibility in a high dynamic environment.
- Intercultural experience, feeling competence.
