岗位职责：
1、建立健全本企业安全生产责任体系，负责监督与考核落实情况，及时更新适合工厂的法律法规
2、熟悉本公司所涉及的工艺操作，参与到现场日常生产安全管理，负责查找车间内的安全隐患，并予以跟踪整改，落实整改完成率达到预期，并有能力进行总结分析
3、主导隐患排查和日常检查工作，做隐患排查记录和分析，对发现的人员违章操作，及时予以制止纠正，定期对违章操作进行分析总结
4、负责安全知识培训课程的编制和培训落实，收集培训反馈，进行培训课程的持续更新
5、督促消防设施维保第三方做好每月消防维保，发现问题及时督促改善
6、监督特种设备操作人员、特种作业人员持证上岗情况，做好人员证书和复审管理
7、熟悉职业健康安全管理体系和环境管理体系，协助建立并推动工厂内体系运行
8、配合进行安全事故、环保事故调查，熟练运用分析工具进行跟原因分析
9、管理并归档EHS部门所有文件，主导工厂社会责任审核，并配合各种安全、环境政府审核
10、上级安排的其他临时性工作

岗位任职资格要求：
1. 大专以上学历，安全工程、环保、化工、机械等相关专业优先。
2. 制造型企业五年以上工作经验，有三年以上实际安全管理经验优先。
3. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力、分析判断能力，较强的现场管理及应急事件处理能力，工作细致、认真、有原则性。
4. 熟练掌握电脑和办公软件的操作，能熟练运用excel进行数据分析。
5. 注册安全工程师、注册消防工程师及懂污水处理工艺的人员优先。
6. 执行力强，较强的逻辑思维及解决问题的能力，有文件编写能力。
