Description
As Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial framework of the joint venture. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee accurate monthly management accounts, provide insightful analysis, support audits.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance policies, strengthen documentation, maintain robust internal controls.
Intercompany Coordination: Align reporting practices with Group standards, manage transfer pricing, liaise with international stakeholders.
ERP & Systems Oversight: Lead NetSuite implementation optimisation, ensuring data accuracy process efficiency.
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance: Mentthe finance team, improve cost methodologies, identify efficiency opportunities.
Budgeting & Cash Management: Drive budgeting processes, maintain cash-flow forecasts, develop financing plans.
Leadership & Team Development: Provide mentorship, foster a culture of transparency, act as a key voice in strategic decision-making.

Profile
We are seeking a bilingual finance professional with:
Experience: 8 years above expereince in accounting financial management, preferably in manufacturing; strong cost accounting ERP expertise.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance; professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CFA) an internationally-oriented MBA.
Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin English, advanced analytical ability, familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP PRC GAAP, strong leadership qualities.
Attributes: Integrity, cultural adaptability, the ability to bridge financial reporting with operational decision-making.
