Description
Strategic HR:
Partner with the China Business Head to localize HR strategies initiatives in talent development, succession planning,ganizational development etc.
Support related HR programs aligned with global standards local market dynamics.
Represent as China HR team, ensuring the alignment of China priorities with global HR frameworks.
Business Partnering:
Support senimanagement team with HR solutions including workforce planning, talent development,ganizational development.
Act as the primary liaison between China operations Global HR management team, facilitating effective cross-cultural collaboration.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations (talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, compliance) administrative functions.
Optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency employee experience while ensuring legal/regulatory compliance.

Profile
15-20 years of progressive HR professional experience within well-known multinational manufacturing/industrialganizations.

Fluency in English (working language); proficiency in Mandarin required.
