岗位职责：
1、独立或协助项目经理完成客户基础财务信息的调研；
2、结合客户财务情况，为客户出具财务优化方案；
3、根据项目组制定的方案，并结合个人的专业经验，辅导客户进行方案的落地；
4、根据项目进度和项目方案对项目的执行进行管理，包括但不限于计划的制定、行程的设计、项目汇报等；
5、能带领其他咨询师伙伴或代理记账业务的伙伴独立开展部分项目；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，财务及相关专业；
2、中级会计师或税务师，有项目管理/审计经验优先；
3、大型连锁服务企业/大型连锁零售公司3年以上财务总监、财务经理的任职经验，或2年以上财税管理咨询或会计师事务所的经验；
4、熟悉中国税法及相关法规和政策要求；熟悉中国会计准则、国际会计准则等；有一定的税务规划的实践经验及成功案例；
5、目标、逻辑思维清晰明确；有一定的归纳总结、沟通表达能力；
6、工作细致、严谨，并具有独立开展工作的能力；适应长期出差。
