岗位职责：

1、分析业务需求，转化为系统设计和算法任务，设计整体的训练和开发流程；

2、利用NLP相关技术、深度学习理论和方法解决实际问题，改进产品功能；

3、持续跟踪业界前沿NLP技术，持续优化算法模型，提升准确性和效率；

4、与其他团队成员合作，包括软件工程师和产品经理，以确保开发的NLP算法符合业务需求和产品目标。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上；

2、熟悉python,java,c++的一种或多种，具备较强的编程能力；

3、至少熟悉使用一种深度学习框架，如Tensorflow/Pytorch等，调参经验丰富；

4、具备扎实的统计机器学习经验（CRFs，HMMs，SVMs，LDA，LSI，MRFs等），在深度学习（Transformer、LSTM、CNN、Attention、Seq2Seq、Bert等）的研发上有经验积累；

5、熟悉自然语言处理技术：分词、自动新词发现、词性标注、文本分类、ner、bert、语义理解、QA、知识图谱任意两种等；

6、有GPT、LLaMA、Qwen等大模型相关经验，有使用Fine-tuning（full-parameter tuning、LoRA、Q-LoRA）等相关经验；

7、具备良好的学习能力，能够跟进领域内*新技术研究成果，并结合应用场景快速实验和调优；

8、良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，及分析、解决问题的能力，责任心强。
