岗位职责

- 负责定时任务的规划与开发（基于XXL-JOB），处理复杂的调度依赖与任务编排。

任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础。
- 精通Java编程，熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis-Plus等主流框架，深入理解其核心原理及自动装配机制。
- 精通SQL Server、MySQL等关系型数据库，具备优秀的数据库设计能力。熟练掌握存储过程、函数的编写与调试，有处理海量数据及复杂SQL性能调优的实战经验。
- 深入理解Redis数据结构与应用场景，必须熟练掌握基于Redis的分布式锁实现原理，能有效解决缓存穿透、击穿及雪崩问题。
- 熟悉高可用（HA）多节点集群架构设计，对负载均衡、故障转移有实际落地经验。
- 熟练使用XXL-JOB或其他分布式任务调度平台，理解其执行原理及路由策略。
- 熟练操作Linux操作系统，能独立进行环境部署、日志分析及故障排查。
- 精通GitLab版本控制，具备Jenkins/GitLab CI等DevOps实战能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的责任心和抗压能力，根据项目要求适当加班。
- 熟悉医院信息化系统业务，包括且不限于HIS、CIS系统者等优先。
- 熟悉Elasticsearch搜索引擎或RocketMQ/Kafka消息中间件者优先。
