3、协助梳理结构设计流程，设计标准，项目总结撰写；
4、期介入设计评审：参与产品DFM（可制造性设计）评估，提出工艺可行性建议（如简化复杂结构以降低组装难度）。
5、试产问题闭环：联合研发团队分析试产阶段的异常（如防水测试失败），推动设计或工艺参数调整。
6、设计规范审查、工艺兼容分析，成本优化及可制造性建议。
7、建议异常标准工艺库，将遇到的项目问题横向展开到其它项目提前拉通采取措施，避免项目共性问题。

任职资格：
1、专科或以上学历，机械设计/材料加工/模具等相关专业；
2、三年以上手机类相关电子产品维修经验，熟悉模电，数电，电路分析相关理论知识，具备较强的独立分析能力；
3、熟练运用相关结构设计工具，如：PRO/E，CAD等软件；
4、独自设计跟进直板，智能机各三款以上；
5、熟悉智能机生产加工流程，检测标准和方法华为优先；
6、有强烈的团队协作意识，工作积极主动，为人吃苦耐劳，踏实肯干。
