工作职责:
1.根据客户需求，制作DFM，预估成本，优化设计方案，提供具备竞争力的整线解决方案；
2.独立或带领团队完成项目的设计工作，包括3D模型、2D工程图、BOM表、气路图、加工用图；
3.指导项目的装配、主导或协助项目的调试，以及处理项目进行中（包括售后）的技术问题；
4.根据行业标杆客户需求，梳理工艺需求，推出具备一定通用化的整线解决方案，逐步打造我们的整线解决方案的产品化；
任职资格:
1.能够运用理论知识（关键数据理论公式计算，有限元分析等）对方案和设计进行可行性论证，对电动、气动、液压自动化机械和传动标准件熟练选型与应用（如伺服马达、步进马达、运动模组、光栅尺、气缸、传感器、丝杆、滑轨、轴承、同步带、同步轮等）；
2.熟练使用Solidworks、Autocad绘图软件完成项目方案设计和结构设计；
3.熟悉SMT&半导体装配工艺、有过高精度点胶贴装设备整线开发经验设备者优先，熟悉压电阀点胶，气动针阀点胶工艺，能识别工艺风险点；
4.熟悉高精度贴合元器件选型，具备大理石平台类，精密模组类应用经验；
5.独立主导过至少二个整线项目，涵盖前期对接客户，设计制作，调试跟进和验收全流程。
