任职要求
必须满足：
1·统招本科及以上学历， 3年以上Web项目开发经验，熟悉Spring Boot / Spring Cloud微服务架构
2· 熟悉MyBatis Plus、Dubbo等常用框架
3· 熟悉Vue 3 + TypeScript，能独立完成前端页面开发和前后端联调
4· 熟练使用MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL中至少一种，能编写复杂SQL并进行性能优化
5· 熟悉Linux基本操作、Git版本管理、接口设计
6· 有实际使用AI编程工具（如Copilot、Cursor、Claude等）的经验
7· 责任心强，主动沟通，不推诿问题。
优先考虑：
1· 有全栈开发经验，独立完成过从接口设计到页面交付的完整功能
2· 具备架构思维，能从全局角度思考模块划分和数据流向
3· 有微服务治理经验（分布式事务、消息队列等）
4· 有Docker/K8s/Jenkins等DevOps经验
