技能要求：
1、本科及以上学历，应用数学、计算机及软件相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，且其中有2年以上微服务开发经验；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解;
3、熟悉微服务架构，精通基于Spring 、 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流微服务框架，并有完整的项目经验；
4、熟悉缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制，熟悉redis应用场景及使用方法，熟练掌握MQ技术，熟悉RocketMQ优先；
5、熟悉Maven使用，熟悉代码管理工具Gitlab、Git操作;
6、扎实的数据库基础，熟悉掌握MySQL数据库及SQL脚本编写，熟悉MySQL性能优化；
8、做事积极性高，具有良好的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强，勇于担当；
9、关注前沿技术，有技术攻关不断钻研的能力，良好的程序设计能力，逻辑思维严谨；
10、有物流、供应链、电商行业经验优先;
