Position Overview
To ensure operational excellence secure supply across our external foundry network. This role is the ultimate owner of foundry performance, responsible fon-time delivery, yield, seamless new product introduction. You will serve as the primary operational interface four foundry partners, driving execution problem resolution to meet our production technology goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Execution & Performance:
80Own end-to-end operational performance at foundry partners, including on-time delivery, production output, yield, WIP management.
80Translate master production plans executable build plans ensure commitment from partners.
80Lead escalation resolution of critical operational issues affecting supply.
2. Technical Collaboration & NPI:
80Act as key operational liaison between internal R&D/engineering teams foundry manufacturingganizations.
80Ensure successful new product introduction technology transfer execution from an operational perspective.
80Drive continuous improvement initiatives fyield enhancement cycle time reduction.
3. Partnership Management:
80Build maintain strong operational relationships with key foundry partners.
80Partner with Foundry Sourcing team on strategic business reviews capacity planning.
80Provide operational inputs to support sourcing strategies negotiations.
4. Team Leadership:
80Lead develop a team of Foundry Operations engineers managers.
80Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence.

Qualifications
80Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering related field; advanced degree preferred.
8012+ years in semiconductmanufacturing with significant foundry operations experience.
80Deep understanding of semiconductprocesses, yield management, supply chain dynamics.
80Proven track record managing external manufacturing relationships driving operational excellence.
80Strong leadership skills with ability to influence at executive levels.
80Collaborative mindset with experience partnering with sourcingganizations.
