岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业毕业，熟练掌握J2EE开发技术，熟练掌握主流开源框架或组件（如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等），并能灵活运用到项目开发中。
2、熟练掌握中间件及相关技术（如Nginx、Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、WebSocket等）的应用，不仅了解其使用场景和基本原理，还能够根据项目需求进行优化配置和故障排查。
3、拥有3年及以上J2EE开发经验，具备良好的编码习惯，能够编写清晰、高效、可维护的代码，遵循代码规范和设计原则。
4、具备良好的团队合作精神，善于与团队成员进行技术总结与交流，勇于承担责任，工作积极主动，能够为团队带来正能量。
5、能力优秀者可晋升为后端组长，负责团队的技术指导和开发管理工作。6、熟悉光存储或文件管理系统开发经验优先。
