1.负责生物药生产现场（细胞培养、纯化、制剂等）的日常巡检，监督生产操作是否符合GMP要求及标准操作规程。
2.审核批生产记录及辅助记录，确保记录的真实性、完整性和准确性。
3.参与生产现场的偏差调查、变更控制及纠正预防措施的跟踪与效果确认。
4.负责关键生产步骤的现场监控及中间产品的取样管理。
5.监督洁净区环境监测、人员卫生及更衣程序的执行情况。
6.协助完成内部自检及外部审计的现场准备工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，生物工程、药学、生物技术等相关专业。
2.具有2年以上生物药或无菌制剂生产现场QA工作经验，熟悉生物药生产工艺流程。
3.熟悉中国GMP及ICH相关法规，具备良好的无菌操作意识和风险识别能力。
4.原则性强，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能适应偶尔倒班或生产现场工作节奏。
5.具备良好的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术文件者优先。
