1.负责无菌制剂（如注射液、冻干粉针）的GMP生产，包括配液、灌装、轧盖、冻干等操作。
2.严格执行SOP，准确填写批生产记录，确保生产过程符合cGMP要求。
3.参与技术转移和工艺放大，协助完成工程批、验证批生产。
4.操作和维护隔离器、灌装机等生产设备，参与设备验证。
5.配合处理生产过程中的偏差、变更及CAPA。
任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，药学、生物工程等相关专业。
2.3年以上生物药或CDMO制剂生产经验，有无菌操作经验者优先。
3.熟悉无菌生产流程及GMP法规，具备良好的质量意识。
4.工作严谨，责任心强，能适应洁净室工作环境。
5.具备基本的英文读写能力。
