工作职责:
工作职责:
1）根据生产计划，在符合GMP要求的前提下，完成下游纯化工段生产任务。
2）现场检查确认生产车间环境、设备状态、物料状态、公用工程等符合GMP生产要求。
3）负责下游纯化工段物料及耗材领用、进场、退库操作，协助上级完成车间物料管理工作。
4）负责或参与下游纯化工段所需容器及耗材的清洗、灭菌操作。
5）负责或参与完成下游纯化工段纯化生产操作，包括超滤操作、原液分装、原液冷冻入库。
6）负责下游工段设备的日常维护及清洁操作，配合工程部对设备进行维护、保养。
7）负责生产设备使用日志、生产中相关标签、请验单、各类管理台账的填写。
8）协助上级制定降本增效计划，包括国产化替代计划和降本计划，核算降本结果。
9）定期向上级主管做工作进展汇报。
10）完成上级交给的其他任务。
任职资格:
学历：生物类、药学类等相关专业专科及以上学历。
经验要求：三年以上药品或生物制品企业工作经验。1）熟悉下游纯化等GMP 生产操作的相关知识或经验；
2）熟悉过滤、TFF原理；
3）熟悉制药行业GMP质量管理的有关要求；
4）具有生物制品、无菌产品相关专业知识及经验。
能力要求：
1）具有一定的数据分析及解决问题的能力；
2）具有良好的团队合作精神
