岗位职责
1.作为核心成员参与国内外药监机构的现场审计及客户审计，负责审计全流程的协调、翻译及现场应答支持，确保审计高效合规推进。
2.牵头准备迎检所需文件（如SOP、批记录、验证报告等），审核中英文资料的准确性与合规性，建立审计资料库并动态更新。
3.针对审计中发现的缺陷项，组织相关部门制定CAPA计划，跟踪整改进度并验证有效性，输出中英文审计报告。
4.基于审计反馈及行业法规更新，协助完善公司GMP质量体系，参与SOP修订、风险评估及内部培训，提升团队合规意识。
5.与生产、研发、注册等部门紧密配合，提前识别合规风险，推动迎检前的模拟审计及问题整改。
任职要求
教育背景：本科及以上学历，药学、生物工程、制药工程、医学等相关专业，硕士优先。
工作经验：
3年以上生物药/CDMO行业QA经验，至少2年迎检实战经验（有FDA/EMA审计通过案例者优先）。
熟悉生物药生产流程（如细胞培养、纯化、制剂）及GMP法规。
语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，听说读写流利，能独立完成专业文件翻译及现场口译。
