岗位职责：
1.执行田间药效试验全流程质量检查（含过程检查、机构/设施检查），独立出具合规性检查报告。
2.审核标准操作规程（SOP）的制定、修订和废止是否符合GLP规范要求。
3.审核试验计划书、原始记录、*终试验报告，并编写签署质量保证声明。
4.负责机构内GLP体系的培训工作，包括对新员工进行在职上岗培训。
5.定期汇报检查结果，促进质量体系的持续改进。
6.深度掌握农业农村部GLP体系要求，重点监督田间药效试验关键节点的操作规范性。
7.具有GLP资质实验室QA的工作经历，或从事过田间药效相关试验经验者优先。
8.熟悉农药登记试验代谢或药效试验中关键点的监督检查流程。
任职要求：
1.本科学历，植物保护（植物病理学、农业昆虫与害虫防治、农药学）、化学、生物类等相关专业。有田间药效试验实操经验者优先。
2.3年以上GLP实验室质量管理经验，或3年及以上相关试验和质量保证工作经历（优秀者可不限制于GLP体系）。
3.熟悉GLP/CMA/CNAS第三方检测体系优先，掌握气相/液相色谱仪等精密分析仪器操作优先。
4.做事认真负责，工作细心有耐心，执行力强，工作思路清晰，条理性强。
5.善于思考、逻辑思维强，有一定的组织协调能力，抗压能力强，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳。
6.具有较强的语言文字运用能力，能熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件，运用常规统计分析方法。
