岗位职责：
1、负责公司业务平台的设计、开发、维护；
2、优化或设计项目/产品出现的技术难点，解决高并发、性能等疑难问题；
3、能够参与架构产品线的规划，提出意见完善技术设计及文档的撰写，达成目标；
4、完成直接上级交办的其他工作任务；
5、有带领开发小组经验，在需求分析和任务分配跟踪有实际经验
任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历，信息技术、计算机等软件相关专业；
2、精通 Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟练应用J2EE的相关开发技术, 有分布式高并发互联网项目经验优先；
3、精通acle、MySQL 数据库使用，熟悉数据库原理和sql的性能调优；
4、熟悉常见设计模式，精通 Spring， MyBatis等流行开源框架；
5、熟练运用redis、kafka、RabbitMQ、rocketMQ、MongoDB，ES等中间件；
6、熟悉spring boot原理、dubbo运行原理、JVM相关原理及spring cloud技术栈的使用经验，优先考虑；
7、实际参与过微服务架构的设计和开发，对Nacos，seata等微服务相关组件有实际的使用经验
8、具有有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题，具有技术钻研精神，有较强自驱力；
9、有强烈的责任心和良好的团队协作能力。
