岗位职责：
1、负责高可用、高性能的API服务的设计、开发和维护，支撑业务系统需求。
2、参与后端系统架构设计，优化接口性能、安全性和可扩展性。
3、编写清晰的技术文档，包括接口规范、设计逻辑及运维手册。
4、与前端、产品、测试团队协作，确保接付质量和开发效率。
5、排查和解决线上问题，参与系统稳定性建设和性能调优。
任职要求:
1、3年后端开发经验，精通Python 及常用框架(如Django/Flask/FastAPI等)，同时掌握Java (Spring Cloud)或Go(Gin)者优先。
2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、设计模式及网络协议(HTTP/HTTPSWebSocket等)。
3、熟练使用RESTful API设计规范，具备接口鉴权(OAuth/JWT)、限流、幂等性等实战经验。
4、熟悉数据库(MySQL/PostgreSQL等)及优化技巧，掌握至少一种ORM框架。
5、熟悉缓存技术(Redis/Memcached)和消息队列(RabbitMQ/Kafka)
6、参与过高并发、高可用的分布式系统架构设计有优先。
7、了解CI/CD流程(Jenkins/GitLab CI)和自动化测试(单元测试/接口测试)。
