岗位职责：
1. 负责复杂SOC系统的DFT设计，包括scan，jtag，mbist，Bscan;memory repair, IP test等；
2. 完成 DFT 电路的功能验证并解决各种相关的仿真问题；
3.设计并验证各种 high coverage 的 DFT 测试 pattern 和功能 pattern；
4.参与芯片 bring-up 调试以及 ATE bringup ；
5. 产生DFT相关的pattern，向量仿真，并与ATE工程师合作调试向量；
6. 产生DFT相关的sdc，并协助物理实现工程师完成dft相关的时序收敛和绕线问题；
7. 与其他团队一起完成量产问题定位和良率提升。

岗位要求：
1. 电子相关的BS或者MS；
2. 5年以上相关工作经验；
3. 良好的逻辑电路思维能力，对share bus，mission mode等了解者佳；
4. 认真负责的工作态度、良好的团队合作和交流沟通能力
