The company has been focusing on hair care, color cosmetics, and perfume for 30 years. Its modern R&D center and production base are located in Suzhou, China. The base currently has three independent workshops for hair care, color cosmetics, and perfume, with a total of 15 automated production lines, equipped with internationally advanced production and testing equipment. It passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2005 and GMPC certification in 2006. It also uses a professional cosmetics ERP system for production and logistics control, following comprehensive international management standards. Over the years, we have been doing OEM and ODM production for international brands, with products mainly for export. After becoming familiar with overseas markets, in 2013 we officially established Fancai Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. We began the transformation from "Made in China" to "Created in China", fully developing our own brand Fancai, and turning to the domestic market. Combining years of practical experience in OEM production for world-renowned skincare brands, absorbing the essence of top-brand original products, and integrating with Oriental skin types, we continuously optimize to adapt international high-end products to Oriental needs, making each developed product more medically healthy, internationally fashionable, and green and elegant.
What we aim to do is to let local young consumers enjoy international-standard skincare experiences, let locally created brands leave more international footprints, and build an internationally leading brand created in China.
