一、岗位职责
1.基于Unity3D开发《安全生产虚拟实训平台》，落地“训练 - 考评 - 复盘”闭环功能，保障实训场景沉浸感与实操性。
2.搭建模块化、组件化开发框架，设计核心功能模块与接口规范，支撑后续灵活扩展与迭代。
3.制定并落地性能优化方案，解决场景卡顿、内存泄漏等问题，保障系统流畅稳定运行。
4.协同技术美术完成场景、模型、特效等资源整合与三维表现优化，提升视觉呈现效果
5.配合完成跨模块接口对接与数据协同，参与测试与问题排查，保障模块可靠性。

二、任职要求
1.具备2年以上Unity3D开发经验，熟练掌握场景资源管理、动画系统、物理引擎、UI交互等核心功能，能独立完成复杂模块开发与调试。
2.精通Unity交互开发，有三维游戏、VR虚拟现实、工业虚拟仿真、实操实训类项目经验者优先。
3.熟练掌握C#编程，代码规范、注释完整，深刻理解游戏化开发逻辑，可迁移至虚拟实训场景。
4.具备成熟的模块化、组件化开发能力，能设计高内聚低耦合架构，通过配置文件实现参数动态调整，杜绝硬编码，保障可扩展性。
5.具备系统化性能优化能力，熟练运用URP管线、LOD、对象池等技术，有明确优化案例。
6.熟悉 JSON/XML 数据解析与存储，具备跨模块接口开发经验，能设计高兼容接口方案。
7.具备较强的问题排查能力，可快速解决交互异常、卡顿、内存泄漏等技术问题。
