2. 制定并执行设备预防性维修计划，不断提高预防性维护的质量并保证记录的有效性、完整性、及时性、连续性和真实性。
3. 负责带领维修班组维护设备的正常运行，保证设备持续而有效地工作，满足生产和质量的需要，确保设备总体有效率在99%以上。
4. 负责执行交接班制度，监督和实施各类安全学习和活动。
5. 建立设备台帐、工装管理卡，并管理设备资料及日常维修工具。
6. 负责备品备件的使用和管理，确保备件库存满足维修要求。
7. 负责生产设备及工作场所的5S管理。

任职需求：
1、中专以上学历，机电一体化，电器自动化专业。
2、接受过机械、电气设备维修培训。
3、从事电气维修三年以上。
4、掌握一定机器设备维修技能。
