1. 负责客户系统下载需求及预测，并结合客户装车计划，评审分析需求及预测，使之更准确和接近实际。
2. 负责根据评审后的需求及预测，制作自制件主生产计划。
3. 负责根据主生产计划及交付计划，结合生产部人力，设备，产能，物流仓库料架，库存等，制作日生产计划并下达相关部门。
4. 负责跟踪每日生产计划达成况，确认库存是否满足交货。同时平衡库存，使之在合理范围内。
5. 负责售后件定单的接收，交付，跟踪等。
6. 负责制定产能评估，提供给各部门和运营经理。
7. 负责客户交货订单统计及订单与实际发货的核对工作。
8. 负责主动与客户及内部各部门保持密切沟通，任何异常及时响应调整处理解决。
9. 负责完成物流主管安排的其它工作任务。
