一、岗位定位
统筹泰升集团旗下旗修堂滋补品牌建设、全域营销与双边增长，搭建C端用户与B端营销体系，以品牌价值驱动用户、创业者及GMV增长，对整体营销效果与核心指标负总责。

二、核心职责
1. 战略与规划：制定品牌与营销增长战略，拆解年度/季度目标并分配预算；研究对标竞品企业，优化差异化战术。
2. 品牌建设：塑造品牌心智，搭建全域传播矩阵，统筹品牌形象、故事传播与危机公关。
3. 全域营销执行：线上主导短视频/直播、内容矩阵、付费投流，实现品效合一；线下标准化会议营销，拓展异业合作，激活本地流量。
4. 双边用户运营：设计C端新用户转化、留存及裂变机制；制定B端创业者招募、赋能及裂变政策，提升双边活跃度与复购/留存率。
5. 数据与团队管理：搭建数据仪表盘，以数据驱动营销迭代；协同技术团队落地营销工具；组建并管理营销全链路团队。

三、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先，5-8年社交/会员制电商、平台型公司营销增长核心经验。
2. 有从0到1搭建营销/增长体系经验，或主导过用户/客户量级、GMV数量级跃迁（如10万→100万）的可验证案例优先。
