岗位职责：
1、参与公司核心业务系统开发工作，编写设计技术文档，核心代码开发，保证代码质量；
2、根据开发进度和任务分配，能够独立处理和完成任务；
3、分析并解决系统开发及运行维护过程中的问题，对系统性能进行调优；
4、参与业务需求讨论，参与技术方案的制定。参与系统架构设计与技术调研，并给出合理方案；
5、负责对初级工程师的技术指导工作。
岗位要求：
1、计算机、软件、电子信息、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上Java研发相关工作经验;
2、有医院信息综合管理平台、电子病历等医疗信息技术背景优先；
3、熟悉Spring，Structs，Hibernate，MyBatis等常用Java技术框架;有SpringBoot，SpringCloud，dubbo开发经验优先;
4、能熟练使用设计模式，在工作中深刻理解和使用单元测试及重构的能力，
5、具有基于数据库（mysql等）、缓存（redis等）、分布式存储开发高性能、高可用数据应用的实际经验；
6、能独立完成中小型项目的系统分析、设计、架构，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；
7、了解熟悉html、js、jquery、jsp、ajax等前端技术;
8、熟悉Oracle或MySQL等关系数据库及其性能优化，能独立设计高负荷的数据结构；
9、具备良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力、逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，具有团队协作精神和追求卓越的精神。
